SHREWSBURY FOLK FESTIVAL

Yellow Events has been the technical services supplier to Shrewsbury Folk Festival since 2002.  We have facilitated its growth from 1500 patrons and two venues to its current size of over 7500 patrons and 5 venues.

 

We supply lighting, staging, rigging, drapery and video projection to all venues and site wide power and distribution to all areas including the venues, catering and service areas.  We also supply a full crew including a production designer, a lighting designer, two riggers, four lighting operators, two fully qualified electricians and 4 technicians.

 

Logistics and crew welfare is also provided by Yellow Events, with six artic trucks and several van loads of equipment scheduled for delivery and collection throughout the 13 day build, show and strike period. Our on-site crew welfare accommodates up to eight crew staying on site at any one time.
